Disc Granulator Production Line Machine (S)

Disk fertilizer granulation production line is a common fertilizer production equipment combination and process flow. ​

Disk granulator is the core equipment of this production line. The working principle is to add the material to the inclined disc, and through the rotation of the disc, the material rolls in the disc and agglomerates into granules under the action of the binder. ​

The whole production line usually includes the following main parts: ​

1. Raw material dosing system: accurately measure the proportion of various raw materials according to the formula.

2. Crushing system: The raw materials of larger particles are crushed to ensure the uniform particle size of the raw materials.

3. Mixing system: fully mix all kinds of raw materials.

4. Disk granulator: to achieve the agglomeration of material granulation.

5. Drying system: Remove the excess water in the fertilizer after granulation, improve the quality and storage stability of the fertilizer.

6. Screening system: Screen out the particles that meet the particle size requirements, and return the particles that are too large or too small for re-processing.

7. Coating system (optional) : The particles are coated as needed to improve the performance of the fertilizer.

8. Packaging system: quantitative packaging of finished fertilizers. ​

The disk fertilizer granulation line has the advantages of simple equipment structure, convenient operation and relatively low investment cost. It can produce fertilizer particles with uniform particle size and good appearance, which is suitable for the production of various fertilizer products.
